Experience your own peace of heaven...

Heavenly Hideaway is a cozy cabin tucked away on a 200 acre estate in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina, where the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Smokey Mountains meet.
Located eleven miles southeast of Asheville in the Fairview country side, we are just minutes away from the Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Lake Lure and Chimney Rock.
Heavenly Hideaway was opened in March ‘07 and built with couples in mind. It's not “cutesy” or cluttered with “musty antiques” just 750 sq. feet of romantic fun space.
With a log cabin interior and cathedral ceiling, it smells woodsy the minute you walk in. Heavenly Hideaway has a king size bed, remote gas log fireplace, satellite, flat screen TV, hot tub under the stars, quartzite counter tops and gourmet kitchen if you must cook. One guest wrote... “rustic luxury”.
One step in. No lofts to climb up. Pet friendly. You are secluded, with privacy, privacy, privacy but only 3 miles from gas, groceries and restaurants, and 6 miles to the nearest coffee shop for you caffeine addicted vacationers.

The cabin rear deck faces a down hill slope of woods and you can't see any other houses from here. In the winter the fallen leaves reveal the mountains around you.

Now if you want views, just put on your hiking shoes and trek out on the many trails on this 200 acre estate.
Remember, you are vacationing in the Blue Ridge Mountains where the flora and fauna is diverse around every hill and glade.
Fish or even swim in Peterson Pond on the property.

If you’re curious about the valley farm you can ask for a tour of the conservation management of forest land, the U-Pick blueberry operation, the grass-fed beef operation, the free-range chickens (yes, you can buy eggs), and a honey bee apiary, (honey for sale in season).
You’ll enjoy the unusual rock works, wood carvings, and flock of turkeys on the property.
Wildlife? The turkeys give a mating show in March, silent deer pass through, blue-birds flit, red-tailed hawks search and screech, night owls hoot, katydids on summer nights and an occasional coyote in the distance. Haven’t seen a bear recently but they are in the area. Of course, this is the edge of the Great Smokey Mountains. But what you WON’T hear is traffic.

Don't forget your camera. Oh, did we mention...quiet?
Hot Tub under the Stars...

So many other cabins with hot tubs have them under a deck roof. How are you supposed to connect with the universe like that?

A deck cat-walk leads to his hot tub from the master bedroom so you can use the robes provided... or not.

Just you two, the trees, the crickets, the deer, the turkeys, the birds and when the moon is full, ooo-la-la...
All linens and towels are provided along with a full kitchen of gadgets and outdoor gas grill.. Just bring the food... or go out to eat. Asheville is known for the eclectic cuisine in its many fine restaurants.
You’ll fall in love with this cabin.

Come, take a look…
