Maid’s fee is included in price.  Reservations are confirmed with phone call and credit card charge of 50% of the total daily rate. Full payment is required with reservations of 30 days before arrival or sooner and during the holidays of New Years, Easter, Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day, October leaf season, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, when a 3 night minimum is also in effect.

Refunds will be given for reservations canceled from 30 to 60 days prior to arrival date minus a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes occurring within 30 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit unless rental can be rebooked. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. In case of emergency, we are willing to work with you.

Pets will be considered on an individual basis. Call or email for the pet policy. Dogs only, no cats. We have a 6x10x6 high, chainlink kennel for your convenience. If your dog is accepted, there is a $50 charge per pet, per week.

Smoking is permitted outside.
