Cancellation Policy

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive full refunds except if deposits were made via credit card, (then 3.5% of the amount refunded will be forfeited.) Cancellations/changes that are made within 30-60 days of the arrival date, forfeit 50% of the deposit unless we are able to re-book exact days. No refunds within 30 days or for early departures unless we are able to re-book exact days. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately.

Weddings/ Family Gatherings/ Business Picnics

Prices start at $500-$1250. Peterson Pond/Event Area is available for a wide variety of social or business functions as a stand alone event area or in conjunction with cabin rental for best discounts. Swimming, fishing, horse shoes, badminton, nature trails can entertain your guests. For weddings, there is a parking lot for 30 cars, can accommodate up to 150 people, area for rental tent is 40’x 80’, 4 tables and trash cans provided, catering/handicapped separate entrance, fire pit area.  Nearby, in the woods is a copper-topped timber frame cathedral surrounded by wood chips for a floor and wooden benches/logs for seats for a more rustic event.
